Each component comes with a unique code which describes its type, dimensions and locations as per the modulation drawings done by our designers. Along with the materials we send site drawings indicating the sequence of items and the way of its arrangements during setting up of items for the first casting. When assembled the output is a mould which is customised as per the design of your Structure. Before casting all components are to be oiled at the concrete contact surface.   

After one successful casting the items are disassembled and taken up to the next level for resembling before the next casting program.
